Terms of Use

Last updated: May 29, 2026

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Seeker Chat, a wallet-connected messaging app operated by Nimbus. By using Seeker Chat, you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

Seeker Chat provides chat, group chat, contact, SKR transfer, and SKR packet features. Some features use Solana wallets, public blockchain transactions, and third-party infrastructure providers.

3. Wallet Responsibility

You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, device security, transaction approvals, and account activity. Nimbus will never ask for your private key or seed phrase.

4. Blockchain Transactions

SKR transfers and SKR packet claims are blockchain transactions. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once confirmed. Always review recipient addresses, amounts, wallet prompts, and transaction details before approving.

5. User Content

You are responsible for messages, images, profile details, group content, and other information you submit through the app. Do not use Seeker Chat to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not misuse Seeker Chat, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security measures, harvest user data, spam users, impersonate others, or use the app for unlawful financial activity.

7. Third-Party Services

Seeker Chat may rely on services such as wallets, Solana RPC providers, hosting providers, databases, and storage providers. Nimbus is not responsible for failures, delays, fees, policies, or security incidents caused by third-party services.

8. No Financial Advice

Seeker Chat is a communication and transfer utility. It does not provide investment, trading, tax, legal, or financial advice.

9. Availability and Changes

Nimbus may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of Seeker Chat at any time. We may update these terms as the app evolves.

10. Disclaimers

Seeker Chat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimbus disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimbus is not liable for lost funds, lost data, lost profits, wallet compromise, failed transactions, service downtime, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Contact
