3. Wallet and Blockchain Data
Seeker Chat may process wallet addresses, public transaction hashes, token transfer details, SKR packet records, group membership actions, and related public blockchain data. Public blockchain data may be visible to anyone and cannot always be deleted.
4. Technical Data
We may process basic technical information needed to operate the app, such as device and browser environment, app session state, timestamps, error logs, and service diagnostics.
5. How We Use Information
We use information to provide chat features, sync contacts and groups, deliver messages, display profiles, process SKR transfers and packets, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
6. Storage and Service Providers
Seeker Chat may use hosted infrastructure such as Vercel, Supabase, storage providers, Solana RPC providers, and wallet services. These providers process data as needed to operate the app.
7. Private Keys
Nimbus does not request, collect, or store your private keys or seed phrases. Wallet approvals happen through your wallet provider.
8. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer.
9. Retention
We retain app data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Public blockchain records may persist indefinitely.
10. Your Choices
You may update profile information in the app, disconnect your wallet, delete local app data, or contact us to request assistance with data questions where applicable.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet or blockchain-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Children
Seeker Chat is not intended for children under 13. Do not use the app if you are not old enough to consent to these practices in your jurisdiction.
